According to the Associated Press in a story reported by NBC news , Trump's lawyers are trying to stop a lawsuit filed by an advice writer for a magazine alleging that he raped her in the 1990's. The AP states Trump has called the accusations false and were made to assist in the sales of her book.

Preamble to the Constitution of the US

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article Summary

Article I

Section 1 - Defines government structure
Section 2 - Defines the House of Representatives and apportionment by state
Section 3 - Defines the structure and qualifications for the senate as well as defining term s of service. Impeachment terms are defined: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

Section 6 - Compensation and appointment to civil office
Section 7 - All revenue bills shall originate in the House with senate options. Defines veto power and what happens if the president does not sign a bill.

Article II

Section 1 - Presidents term of office, number of electors and detailed instructions, elegibility to be president, succession, compensation for the president and oath of office.

Legislation Held Hostage
